BACPOP’s fundamental objective is to represent and promote the UK’s cold pressed oil sector widely and effectively.

Other aims and objectives:-

• To ensure cold pressed oils are produced according to the Association’s Code of Practice.
• To raise standards in the cold pressed oils industry.
• To represent members' views to UK and EU Government departments and enforcement authorities.
• To share knowledge on issues and keep members well informed on all industry wide matters.
• To seek collective solutions to technical and nutritional problems of common concern.
• To stimulate growth of the industry by encouraging understanding and good working relationships within the sector.
